  Drove 30 miles to the clinic South Side of City and no one showed. The clinic was closed. Tried to call several times to reschedule and was unable to. Played phone tag for 2 weeks.

  Called the phone number Monday at 10 AM and an answering machine answered my call. I left a message to call to set up an appointment. I never received a response.

  This is where they killed my mother. Be careful of checking the box to become an organ donor. If you ever go into a coma they have the right to take your organs in cases of medical emergencies.
