  Update: I am done with this clinic. Despite the greatness of the doctor, I do not have time to deal with his staff that can't seem to get anything done. Over it! My star rating is based on the doctor and not the clinic. I see Dr. Florete and he gets 5 stars. I have had SI joint pain for 9 years. Another doctor figured out what was wrong with me finally 3 years ago and I was getting injections. By the time I came to Dr. Florete, the injections weren't working and he suggested radiofrequency ablation. It worked like a charm. I am waiting to get my next one done. The offices on the other hand could use some work. I will never go back to the Mandarin location as it was uncomfortably filled with obvious pill seekers. I just had my first visit at the University office and the staff was nice, as well as the staff at San Marco. The complaint I have is the communication with the patients from the staff. If I want to get an appt for anything, it usually takes several messages and several call backs. They also frequently run late on their appointment times. My appointment yesterday was at 8:00, I was not seen until 9:10 for a 5 minute visit. That is not acceptable to me and probably not others. Time away from work takes money out of my pocket. Very grateful for the doctor though. Life changing results.

  The office manager who is responsible for approvals doesn't return phone calls I filed a grievance through my insurance they don't return phone calls and it takes too long to get a injection I would never recommend this place

  I went to this place 6 months ago for a pain consultation from another doctor. Dr. Hussein tried to poach me from my doctor I didn't want meds from him I wanted him to finish the pain consultation well 6 months later he still hasn't finished I've even went back & paid again but still nothing he's. Been on vacation twice since the six months I've been trying to get this taken care of & this morning some rude lady hung up in my face

  Wait time in the waiting room is crazy long, the bathroom and rooms are filthy and remind me of pictures of abortion clinics in the 60's, so unsanitary that I am afraid to touch anything lest I catch something! The paper on the table has rarely been replaced on any of my visits in over a year so I pull up a new piece each time I go! My sweet PA Ashley was replaced by a witch named Shannon who told me that every patient waits over an hour and never apologized for not respecting my time. If they know they are going to be at least an hour late why don't they book my appt. an hour later? They double book appts is the reason, no respect for the client, it is all about them and herding patients through like cattle in a pill mill. Shannon told me to get another doctor if I don't like waiting so long so I did! The health dept. Should really inspect their sanitation and shut them down until they learn that they are supposed to keep things sterile and sanitary. The turnover in this place is insane, both Sunbeam and San Marco locations, both my doctor, front desk, guy and PA quit within the year that I went there because it was one of the only places that took my insurance and the office is 5 minutes from my condo. Great at pushing pills, horrible at everything else!

  I'm Jason Jennings been with them 14 years no problems! The staff at all locations have always bent over backwards for me. The staff is nice respectful but always very busy. They are my savior ! I work 60 hrs a wk they allow me to provide for my family. They don't tolerate junkys so that might piss some people off but if u need help I recommend Institute of Pain Management 😜😜
