  IT'S A TRAILER PARK. No one here knows how to PARK. They got speed bumps everywhere that tells me they probably drive like maniacs too.

  If you are a clean, law abiding person, leave skid marks, DON'T move in here. The place is a horrific dump, HIGH CRIME!! Do yourself a favor and dont move into ANY park owned or managed by these people, you'll regret it if you have standards.

  Towing companies and management take advantage here its so easy for them to agree and have cars towed. I feel like manager makes money off cars getting towed because she always seems to be looking for what parkings to take away from us.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. Management is terrible and shows no respect to their residents. They're very hypocritical on what they say the "rules" are. They pick on certain residents all the time while leaving other residents to do as they please. The park is filthy and there is potholes everywhere. On top of that parking is also awful. The visitors parking are being used as permanent resident parking, which leaves visitors no place to park. Resulting in being towed away and paying a fee over $200. Neighbors are ridiculously childish and complain to the management over the smallest things such as a BBQ. They always have plumbing issues as well; leaving their residents without running water for hours, sometimes even days.

  Managment is friendly and helpful. The pool has had alot of work done
