  Innovative kickboxing provides a great whole body workout for anyone no matter what shape you may be in. The exercises keep you moving and on your toes and I always feel so much better once completing the class. All the instructors are super friendly and motivating and are there to help you achieve all your goals. My sister and I signed up day one and cannot wait to keep our fitness journey going with Innovative!

  I hate working out so I was looking for something that would burn a lot of calories but would also be fun. I’ve lost 5lbs since joining 2 months ago and I love it! I feel so empowered and coming to class is my stress relief. Everyone at the studio is amazing and have guided me through my fitness journey. They’re super professional and always willing to help 24/7. Highly recommend!!!!

  This has been on of the greatest places I have ever come to work out! All the instructors are incredibly nice friendly and knowledgeable! You can tell they all care about your success! The gym is also always super clean.

  Truly amazing. Haven't boxed in years. And the instructors were fantastic. Kristen Stayed with me through our the entire workout .and Chris was great also. No hard push. Let's you work at your own pace .and no hard sell afterwards. Which I love. Really think I've found a great kickboxing team. Thank you guys

  I started going to Innovative Kickboxing back in October with a friend and am SO happy we made this decision. The classes are great and the instructors are very supportive, consistently pushing me to work harder than I ever thought I could. They make you feel comfortable, confident and have you laughing through every workout. Kickboxing has changed my whole perspective on exercise and what works for me and my goals. Beyond the fitness goals, it has become such a positive outlet for me to relieve stress while staying fit and having fun after a long day of work.
