  I have been going to Innovative Directions in Health for many year! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! From the minute you walk in the door the staff makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. We all know the insecurities of getting older and how that can make us feel. The services they offer and the work that Annie does is absolutely fantastic and makes me feel so youthful and happy.

  Dr Sinda has been very helpful at getting my thyroid numbers where I fell good and am at my healthiest. Dr Sinda is interested in your health and how you are doing. He looks at your whole well being. I am very pleased with Dr Sinda and recommend himients to other patients.

  Dr. Sinda has made a huge difference in my life. I was struggling with terrible mood swings, hot flashes, and night sweats due to pre-menopause. Since seeing Dr. Sinda, all of these symptoms have been remedied or are very mild. This journey would have been have been much different (miserable?) had I not been referred to Dr. Sinda! I thank him and I highly recommend him.

  I have been going to Innovative Directions in Health since they opened years ago. I needed help in regulating thyroid and hormonal issues that needed attending. I feel great!!! I so enjoy working with all of the staff. Thank you Dr. Sinda and Lisa for your personal care and continuing to be there after Dr. Mahmud’s passing. I have recommended many people to visit you.

  As a small business owner in Minneapolis, I know how important leaving a review is especially when helping others decide on the integrity and quality of service. I have been seeing Dr. Sinda and his wonderful staff for many months. My experience is always pleasant, professional, and very laid back. Dr. Sinda is very easy to talk with and has a great sense of humor which I truly enjoy. The staff is very informative, helpful, and fun natured to deal with. I highly recommend this place if their diverse specialty of services is what you seek. Keep up the good practice.
