::I was pleasantly surprised that I did not get a staph infection, however should I have awoken with a strange rash I could simply have taken a shower to remove the offending skin. In the words of my heterosexual life partner, "I couldn't even put my nipples under the water." The staff was aloof, but at least one of them was there to greet us when we entered the room. I didn't catch his name considering he was just an old cigarette butt in the middle of the floor. Our whole family stayed across four different rooms and all of us were less than thrilled about the second night we would be staying. One couple in our group refused to stay a second night despite being assured that they would not carry the responsibility that goes with a refund. The groom to be, was so itchy that he couldn't sleep. The hotel staffs solution to this was to swaddle him in a fitted sheet that didn't fit the bed. Luckily it fit his feet perfectly.

::This place is ABSOUTLY horrible. The older man working was the worst id ever seen. He gave EVERYONE an attitude and was an ass hole. HE Gave every person a hard time. The room was not verry clean. The other employees were nice. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! WASTE OF MONEY.

::We ended up staying here a couple of nights during a recent prolonged power outage in the area. The prices were good, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, the area is quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful.

::The cost was more than I expected for what we got, I even gave them the benefit of the doubt when I was given a room next to the front door with two dogs (which is their first time in a hotel, and I mentioned that when I called to add them to the room) and the worst beds I've ever slept on. But I kinda understood it because why give people with large dogs a good room...that's crazy! It was so loud (front desk had a TV up very loud and some lady talking to the old man for like 2 hours outside voice not 11pm inside voice) the first night my dogs were riddled with anxiety and wouldnt sleep in turn making me not able to sleep. That too I was willing to be okay with but then I had the rest of my soon to be family show up to their prebooked rooms and each and every one of them who where there to celebrate with us were treated horribly. The older man at the front desk though nice to me, was very opposite to my family and made what was supposed to be a beautiful trip into me regretting I picked this location for us to stay because it was such an inconvenience that we had alot of rooms(3 rooms)..."what are there 20 of u here" is just a tad bit rude to address people with after they just had a 5 hour drive and being stuck in traffic to get here later than expected and tired. Who cares how many people are here, we are in the room limits and we are paying to stay. Also, maybe consider why there is a group of people which might I add we were 10 people including my child. Our why was supposed to be a happy gathering together doing things we love to do...a little politeness would be appreciated, my bother was told he cant walk his dog down the front stairs because she shouldn't be in the nice room, but when he offered to switch rooms the tune changed and he said that wasn't needed...slightly confusing.... What a mess. People scolding us for not knowing where the smoking area is because the posted signs simply say "back" but if you are not in the "back parking lot only" then that isnt the back...clearly posted would be nice, also maybe explained at check in not yelled at by a group of people later... It was a problem and a hard time to add a dog to one room because plans changed last moment and the dog had to come with my brother. Complained because the dog isnt supposed to be in the nice rooms, while my brother checked in. She was a service dog also. There was an old woman who walked the parking lot all 3 days we were there, just wondering the lot all day staring into the windows and watching people...totally creeped us out. The ac/fan unit the first night made an ungodly loud whirling sound we had to turn it off, then we checked the plug and it was previously burnt....not joking the outlet was charred still...I touched it and it wasnt hot but we didnt use it again because that is terrifying. On the positive side The location is awesome. 10 mins to get to anything pretty much, it's safe and right next to the police station. Customer service needs a complete correction. Unprofessional is the nice word I will use but I would not reccomend anyone stay here if they expect to be treated with hospitality.(minus asking for lotion and the manager giving her personal lotion to me to use some of....it was kind but that is beyond unprofessional mland way too personal)this place.... It's for rough skin people. Goodluck.
