  Since changing staff at this store. It has now become home too possibly the most ignorant set of workers in history. If you must go there and need help ask for Ron he's the assistant manager now and very knowledgeable. But I would avoid this store and head down to Home Depot, much cheaper prices there anyway. If you do wanna keep it local shop at Cumberland Hardware.

  The older women with the voice that sounds like she has been smoking cigarettes for several decades is extremely rude to customers. Not only does she not have a clue on how to work the register but was downright ugly to me as a paying customer. There credit card machine has constant issues and when I suggested that they consider having there machine looked at she replied nothing is wrong with our machine and had an attitude problem about it. I wanted to give the local hardware store my business but never again. I will be sure to let our community know to avoid this place as well. If shopping local is important to you head down to Cumberland Hardware.
