  Edit: I have to retract my previous review as I was contacted by the service manager who was a very pleasant person to talk to about my complaints. He was able to correct them for me and even told me to speak to him when he is around... Great to see hard working people making up for (simple) mistakes it is very refreshing. After this experience I can without a doubt say that they are good to go too. Anybody that read my previous review I now strongly encourage you to rethink your previous thoughts I know I have. Thank you so much Peter I will be returning to the Pawling branch very soon.

  I brought my daughter's car in for service, the advisor John was very polite and friendly. This service visit had a situation that at first was a big concern but after 2 discussions of how to handle the situation I found out that they really want to work with their customers. The assistant manager and manager Pete went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with everything! Thank you

  The service department here was great. They took their time to find out what was wrong with my car, and made sure that everything was addressed. They even gave me a brand new Cadillac SUV as a loaner. These guys are as professional as they come.

  It is always a pleasure dealing with Billy and Angela. Personable and genuine. My only issue is that last 2 times I have come in for service I had to remind the gentleman taking in the vehicle that the vehicle is a CPO under warranty. Otherwise the experience has always been a nice one.

  Historically speaking, I am not a big fan of dealerships. But I must admit, Ingersoll Auto of Pawling was a pleasurable experience. My salesman Len was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The process was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership and Len!
