  DO YOUR RESEARCH...CHECK OUT BBB COMPLAINTS! They raised my premium because I didn't sign an auto application form that they mailed to my address. I work out of town 5 days per week and wasn't told that I would be receiving a form to sign and send back. I didn't know. I tried calling and chatting to resolve the matter, but they wouldn't budge. ZERO COMMUNICATION via phone or email on their part. Should have done my research before choosing such an awful company to cover my family. Now I am searching for another insurance company.
