  First class service, I got an appointment same day, got all diagnostic work done within an hour, got a call next day when the parts arrived and got everything fixed within another hour, awesome work guys.

  I don’t usually leave reviews for companies but these guys did a great job on my vehicle. My fx35 was having a starting issue. Had a great experience dealing with Julio. Everything was done over the phone, so I really didn’t get to meet him. Very professional and educating person. Went over and beyond to get me what I wanted. I really liked that he was not trying to convince me or force anything extra that had to be done. Acted less salesy and more informative. Worked on what the vehicle needed it the most and the problem. Overall I will recommend these individuals to everyone I can. I just glad that my husband will be driving the car and I know he is safe in it. Thanks

  If I could give zero stars I would ... I brought in my car for a recall and diagnostics . I was given a loaner car for the day when I called midday to get an update they said they have done the work for the recall but not the diagnostics . On day 2 I called the service manger who was handling my paperwork and was notified that the “top mechanic “ Wasn’t in and they wanted him to take a look at my car. By day 3 I was concerned because I didn’t get a call back or any update on my vehicle so I decided to look online for reviews on about the Infiniti Of Englewood and decided I needed to pick up my car on day 4 and to my surprise they had not touch my car ... the recall wasn’t done nor was any diagnostics run . I’ll never return nor get an infinti vehicle.

  This place really took the time to work on my vehicle. They listened to my concerns and acted on them. ALL of them! Carlos is the service manager that I worked with and he made sure I was happy when I left.

  Good Dealership but if you have to leave your car for major work takes a long time. Took me 1 month.
