  Absolutly horrible place. Bedbugs. No joke with this part. Drug addicts all over with dope dealers pulling in all day and night dealing to people who live in the weekly rates here. Roaches all over. Dont let the front desk area fool you. Gross! Should be shut down.

  Had excellent experiences with both the staff and budget accomodations provided here. Secure, complete with night watchmen as well as a decent, well tended pool. Very convenient to shopping both large and small as well as upscale and casual dining and the 465 freeway. For an older facility I found it impressive to still have an in-house completely functional landline phone system; and to top it all even included both a clean microwave and clean refrigerator in-room.

  Im giving it this rating only because of a very few special people there without them i dont think i would have made it and it has nithung to do with the owner its the employees there and they do the best they can with what is given to them again i want to THANK THE VERY SPECIAL EMPLOYEES THEY ARE AMAZING

  Room was clean, manager Matt is very nice & helpful but the area & the people that stay there are rude.

  It's a great place to stay if you're down on your luck and/or want convenient access to the major drugs of your choice. Lock your doors, put valuables in the trunk, and don't trust anyone who's wandering around at 4 a.m.
