::Beware! This company has good game. Just recently, one of my trucks was brought to their facility for an oil change; Mind you, I have a gas 350 engine in my NPR. I waited about 3 hours and my bill was 187.00 (I have the receipt to prove it). My truck only takes 5-6 quarts of 5w-30 oil regular motor oil. The receipt read $10 a quart for oil $100 for labor and the rest for the filter (I’m assuming). Never again will I visit this place. Please explain if anyone can make any sense of the time and cost.

::Had an oops moment with my 40 foot motorhome. As I chose to pay for the repairs, I obtained quotations. I chose Craig's team at Industrial Power Inc bodyshop to repair the damage as they have the materials and the required paint booth to properly paint a large vehicle. The repair turned out very well as the rig looks like it is new and all the doors and things work well. Because of the high quality of service and repair I would recommend the Industrial Power body shop to anyone needing motorhome and truck repairs. Thank you for a job well done.

::Had a simple recall program update for my RV Coach's Allison Transmission. Friendly, and had the work completed on time. RV was protected from the typical kinds of service dirt and grime... Plastic mats. I will go back there for future work as needed.

::Bought a truck. Sales man said should be good for another 200k miles. I understand some issues. Here we are putting in an engine. I've spent over 20k dollars on this truck since I've had it. Never once have they offer to help with discounts on repairs or such and my sales guy wasn't much herlp either. I feel like he got the sale & im no longer his problem. I do appreciate the kindness of the sevice dept. Very friendly.
