::Very very bad service! Don’t use it!!!

::Clerks speak Cantonese. Low efficiency, I feel like enter a bank in 1980s. The only thing online bank can do is checking your account activity😂

::They charge you $10 (cash only) for a receipt. I went to close down my checking account today, and they asked me don't close down my account until the end of this year, because they need to reach #of customers. However, I said sorry I need to close it today. They withdrew the money from my account and give me a receipt for withdrawing. When I ask them, where's the receipt shows the account is closed? They told me I need to pay $10 cash only!! to get the freaking receipt.... ICBC has a great reputation in China. Here? I will say: staff doesn't know anything even they opened around 2 yrs already! Oh btw, I waited 20 mins for the god damn receipt because the staff doesn't know how to do it!

::I would give -5 stars if possible. Ironically, it is much more difficult for Chinese citizens to open an account in a Chinese bank. No Chinese ID, no account; Expired Visa, no account; no debit card; no mobile app. If it were not for the International wire transfer, you got to pay me to go to this bank again.

::Long wait. Here for a service issue, staffs starting to make excuses and push you away.
