  The Governor and the Mayor need too clean house on this agency. Very unprofessional staff. Talking with each other is more important than the clients. Employers need too get employees off cellphones on company time. Good Luck

  They're Very Rude, And Unprofessional. I Waited In Line To Talk To A Lady At The Desk, And She Very Unprofessionally Ignored Me And Took Someone's Else..

  They're very unprofessional. I only gave the one star so, I could comment on how unprofessional their are. There rude as hell. They treat people like animals. I hope and pray they shut this office down. The people working there don't deserve there jobs. I hope they will shutdown soon.

  Very unprofessional, disrespectful. I have found one that is professional and that isr. Livingston. I have a disable son and they give the most difficult time when it comes to medical supplies, live in aide, etc been calculate into my account but they gladly take in his SSI payments. Try calling several different people within the agency with no success. Out of all the places I have been Indianapolis Housing Authority is the worst. They cleared house in Gary for the same actions but won't investigate their own. They ask you not to dress anyways(sleeping clothes, or sexy) but a worker their was dress sexy/club, section 8 ask you not to be late or reschedule but you spend all day waiting for your appointment and the most horrible thing I had experienced is my son has spina bifida and he had to use the restroom and them so & so told me to take him to McDonald's down the street. It's just a sad unprofessional place and the government might need to step in. But I seriously doubt if anything would happen because I called and spoke with HUB, & nothing.

  The most unprofessional bunch I have witnessed in a long time. I called one of the properties (Romey Terrace) today and their manger has a message saying "Don't leave me a message, i probably will not listen to it." Unbelievable!! I have tried to contact thier attorney on site, Mr. Robinson. He will not even acknowlegde my inquiry. This is what low income housing individuals are subjected to. This must be some under-handed dealings in this agency not to recieve a follow-up call from it's attorney in my opinion.
