  I’m not sure why there are reviews saying they never answer the phone and that the staff is “flexing” on dudes. This place is killer! They’ve answered all my calls, and the prices are very competitive. I shop on eBay frequently and they’re all about the same, give or take a few bucks. Also, these dudes offer pretty reasonable prices when selling kicks too. Very knowledgeable staff as well! I’ve never had a bad experience here. I go in maybe once a month to check out the SB Dunk selection. And the selection is awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL SNEAKERHEADS IN PDX!

  I have called them over a dozen times over weeks and they have picked up one time. Every other time it goes to voicemail, which has a full mailbox. Thanks for the help guys, great customer service. NOT wasting any more of my time and going downtown to the store

  This is hands down the best sneaker shop on the west coast! The staff is amazing! The products are amazing! They just started a dope clothing line! Index PDX is the best!!

  Dope spot! They always have heat in there. Im a size 15 and they stay with plenty of options for me anytime I've ever been there. STRONGLY encourage anybody to check it out!!

  A really cool place to visit. I'm not a sneaker head but I can see how this place would be fun for someone who is. Totally a place to check out if you're in Portland because you can look at these super cool shoes you normally wouldn't get to see on people's feet.
