  I went in at 3:45 (on a Tuesday) to open an account. The lady said "We close in 15 minutes and can't open an account in 15 minutes; sorry." Ignoring my days in retail banking (10 years ago) when we could open up an account in 15 minutes or would stay open to do so (ya know, customer service), it was dry and she offered no alternatives (come in at a different time/schedule). Needless to say I'm taking my $13.46 elsewhere. Don't bank here, BOA or a Credit Union would be better.

  I've been banking since 2002 with this bank it used to be Live Oak still same employees working there they know me by name. Customer service is great!

  Good location (for me). Customer service has always been consistently good. Nice bank.

  Wish I could give 0 stars. I've been a customer for a month and it started day one awful. The normal 'Consumer banking' person was out of office and the next in line pawned us off to someone who was from another office and had no idea how to set up a joint checking account. While this gentlemen was less than competent at the task at hand, he was the only friendly person we have dealt with. Once we left we quickly realized we had no access to online banking, WHO SETS UP AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT ONLINE BANKING! This just blows me away. We had to go back in to get set up for online banking. On our second visit, The correct consumer banking person was there but needed to finish the last few pages of her book before she could make us feel like it was our fault for not having the digital pin or information they never set up for us. Then instead of setting it up for us, she turned the monitor and gave us the computer to type everything our selves into her system. So much for customer service, We felt like we were an inconvenience at best. Now we started with just a small amount of money in our account but little did they know this is our first joint checking account and we were shopping for a bank to move off one of the biggest banks. We choose this bank because we just bought a home in a nice neighbor hood within walking distance. Luckily, there is a Texas Credit Union the same distance in the opposite direction... To make maters worse, We had $100 less cash than the minimum requirement to not be charged a $10 service Fee each month. None the less, a week or 2 later, we ran by to deposit an extra $100 to make up for that and to be compliant. Well today we received our statement with a $10 service fee on it because we didn't meet the requirement all month. I understand the need for these fees (kinda) but this place is going to fail if they treat customers this way and I'd suggest taking your money out before it does. Unbelievable.
