  One driver didn't think they could move the rest of the couch upstairs without causing damage to our house or the couch. The other driver thought they could do it without any damage. They didn't have the proper form with them for me to sign if they did any damage I wouldn't do anything about it. So this big couch sat in my entry way. They said they could send a new team out the next day with the waiver form. My 61 year old mother and myself (32 year old female with a bad back) ended up getting it moved upstairs without doing any damage to the house or the couch! I wish they would have at least tried! Also, the pieces of the sectional that where moved upstairs only had the packaging taken off one of the pieces. The driver that didn't even want to try to move the last piece upstairs is the one who didn't take the packaging off the other sections and haul them away.
