  I have been a tenant at one of In the Loop's properties for just over a year - I have decided to go month-to-month for good reasons. One of those reasons involves Jeff Gould, one of the Property Managers. He has been extremely consistent, accommodating, & understanding. An all-around great guy. I highly recommend working with them. Thank you ITL & keep up the good work, Jeff!!

  I was contacted by Jorge when I requested to tour one of the properties he had on HAR. It became clear very soon into the tour that the property was not right for me. He asked me several questions about what I was looking for and said he could make several suggestions based upon what was important to me and the current market fluctuations. Shortly afterwards, he sent me a list of 10 properties to review with his recommendation on which one would fit me. I was very skeptical of his top pick but after touring it and seeing all the amenities and location benefits, I agreed. I am not moved in and so happy I let him take control of my apartment search. I love my new place and know that Jorge can find you the best home for your needs as well.

  Ada at In The Loop is fantastic! She went out of her way to find us an apartment that we loved. Not only is she a knowledgeable apartment finder and realtor, but she's just really fun to talk to as well! She personalized our apartment finding experience, because we were sick of the cookie-cutter massive apt. buildings. She found us a great little place with personality in a beautiful neighborhood. We couldn't be more happy.
