  I don't think there's an in-n-out location I've been to that isn't great. This one had the shortest line I've ever seen. Staff is great and explained the secret menu items as well which is nice to a person that doesn't really get to frequently go. Burger was great.

  They were very fast with our order which was nice, Also the guy we had as a cashier both times we went was super friendly. Even though it 12 as really just they got through the line fast and we had our food which was delicious. Definitely order the neopolitane shake

  Love this In n out! Friendly service as always and busy as well. They have plenty of parking and hint* currently serving hot cocoa. They are close to the themes parks so its a quick drive/uber away for those whom are visiting.

  I can't think of any reason why I would give this location anything lower than 5 stars. And no, I'm not giving them 5 stars just because they're In N Out. Service: Service is always great. I've been here plenty of times and there's always atleast one person greeting me upon entrance. They always correct my order and if they have any doubts they always ask. I love the way they organize the drive thru dilemma when it gets too crowded. I was here pretty much everyday when they first opened and I know they had plenty of hassles, but not once did I have an issue. I even got my meal on the house when their cashier was not working! Food: Always fresh and fulfilling. I love getting a #3 w/ pickles and grilled onions. If I want to indulge, I'll get animal fries with no cheese. Never had an problem. Location: I applaud whoever chose this specific location on Ball Rd and State College. Smart thinking! By a high school, on a busy street, and by a freeway exit. With this being said, it definitely gets busy! Not to worry, there's tons of parking and plenty of tables inside and outside.

  My first In-N-Out experience blew my expectations out of the water. First off, to whoever manages this location, please give your staff a pat on the back because they all were incredibly friendly to interact with and 10X better than any fast-food staff you'll meet in NYC where I live. Second, the burger was perfect, and I literally said "Oh my God" after the first bite because I couldn't contain how happy I was. It definitely took a little bit of time to get my food, but after tasting it, I can honestly say it was well worth it. Thanks for making an East Coast guy feel so welcome in California!
