  Very nice place. Kristina is very knowledgeable and I enjoy these classes. Having a slight knee injury, Pilates is the perfect activity for core strengthening and elevating my heart rate for an aerobic workout. I have seen results in as little as 3 sessions. The equipment is top quality. Once you try it you will love it. I highly recommend it.
