  One of my favorite places. All the instructors are great but Vanessa is my favorite! Great workout and lots of fun!

  This is a great studio with positive, caring instructors that are always looking out for the well being of their clients. Classes are laid back and fun and the instructors are mindful of modifying exercises to fit all skill levels. As a side note, this is mostly a reformer studio. I personally wish there was more demand for mat Pilates classes, but that does not diminish my experience at IMX of Clifton. Highly recommend!

  As a fitness enthusiast I've been to many gyms and boutiques and never given a negative review, always trying to judge favorably. This time I encountered the most obnoxious, condescending instructor Emily Willmott. She berated and humiliated me the whole class for being fairly new to Pilates in her "waaay too advanced class." Rather than explain things she just mocked me and yelled at me. Mid-workout she spent time trashing her own mom and telling stories of how awful her mom was saying to a class of moms how much "damage moms cause in our lives." I walked out and cried I felt so belittled. What an all-around Awful experience!!

  Imx Pilates of clifton has truly changed my life. It's an amazing workout with patient, experienced and knowledgable instructors and it gives results quickly. Took me just 25 days to see results and I've been a customer ever since. I highly recommend this place from everyone from beginners to anyone looking for something new and something effective. Not only do you get a great workout but it's very relaxing and everyone is super friendly!!!
