::This place is pretty neat. It has a pool and a hot tub and many mobile homes. The manager is kinda mean but overall it's pretty nice

::Pool is to cold and have asked to make warmer. Doesn't happen... Jacuzzi is nice. Jets don't work that well. Kids in it most of the time if pool to cold.. The roads are very bumpy... The neighbors are very nice.. The yard sales are fun with tamales and other food. I suggest come to their yard sales. All are owner occupied which is nice. Management trys her best to keep owners in line.
