  Worst experience I've had at Imo's... Been a customer since the first store on hwy 40/Hampton...Placed an order on 4/21/2018 online... The order was $36.97 and the store debited my acct again $36.97...Try to get money back is like Pulling teeth... The store on Vaile and Hallsferry rd. Will never visit again... I wanna know WHERE'S MY MONEY... THE NEXT STEP WILL BE CHANNEL 4... This has my account in a hold For their MISTAKES... ANGRY CUSTOMER...

  The Imos at 2160 First Capitol Dr in St. Charles MO is AWFUL. They continually get our companies order wrong. When you call and ask to speak with a manager, I talked to a man named Mike and told him my salad was wrong. The excuse THIS TIME was the salad maker is deaf and no one wants to take the time to communicate with her and she often just leaves things off the salads. SERIOUSLY??? WOW

  Imo’s is the most disgusting pizza establishment in the greater St. Louis metro area. Check the reviews of all the other locations an you will see that customers are saying the same thing terrible employees an terrible food. Why must be corporate management. That’s how companies go out of business.
