::My wife and I had a veggie pizza after a night on the town. Honestly not sure what "St Louis Style Pizza" is but it was good. Well worth the money. Delivered to our hotel right on time and the driver was a sweetheart. Definitely recommend to a friend passing through.

::This Imo's is the newest location in St.Louis right now(as of 2018). It has a restaurant, an event area for groups/parties and a gift shop. Great-looking restuarant. The customer service here is excellent. even a small mishap and they show you they mean to make you happy. The food at this Imo's is phenomenal and my orders have always been up to par. Fantastic place to visit.

::So, I decided to order SEVERAL of the biggest pies for a company meeting at 9pm tonight. Called the first time and they asked for me to hang up and get the address of my hotel and call back. I hung up, called back with the address to be told they don’t know how to do a future order so I needed to wait until 30 minutes before my meeting and call and hopefully it will be done and out for delivery within 30 minutes. I own several businesses and if my staff let a big order go to a competitor because they “don’t know how to do a future order” they would not work for me much longer. So disappointed because we ordered from you guys last year and it was awesome.

::Several months ago, I discontinued ordering from this location due to slow delivery. When you order online, an estimated time is provided on the conformation, and this time was ALWAYS exceeded by 20 - 30 minutes.....so that would be 1 to 1 12 hours from the time of order placement to the time of delivery. Today, we gave them a shot again....and NEVER again. I placed my order at 11:43, with an eta of 12:42....which I understood. At 1:00 I called and was told the order had not left the store. I then spoke to a manager who said "we only have 3 delivery drivers and are doing the best we can. Your order is leaving right now." My location is 2 miles from the store. The pizza arrived 20 minutes later. When I called customer service, all I got was a recording requesting I e-mail or leave a message....left a message...no response. Bad business practice IMO'S.......you need to better staff your locations, better train your managers to field customer concerns, and have better customer relations department if you want to keep business.

::As a Chicagoan that loves my deep dish pizza, I was warned I might not like the pizza, since it was thin crust. They were very, very wrong. Imo's pizza had an amazing things crust that was both crispy and chewy at the same time, with an amazing taste. The sauce was great, and the toppings we're good also. The prices were also quite a deal (though that may just be the perspective of someone who has gotten used to $7 hotdogs, $10+ burgers, and $20+ pizzas), ; for less than $20, I and my girlfriend were able to eat thier toasted ravioli, salad, and a 2 topping pizza, and take home leftovers. This location also has a nice corporate meeting place in the back that you can get a glimpse of if you visit the washroom.
