  Kathy and Veronica were incredibly friendly and gracious, and offered great opinions as I tried on different frame styles. They were more than accommodating in price and, since I already had my prescription ready, I had brand new lenses and frames in 20 minutes! No exaggeration. Easy parking and entrance in the rear, which is always a plus on the west side. I highly recommend Hour Glass to anyone shopping for some new specs, especially those of you interested in some genuinely friendly conversation, old fashioned customer service, and maybe even a hug from Kathy.
