  My son had 10 words at 2 years old. Ilene gave taught him how to speak! She was amazing!!!

  Ilene is an excellent and experienced speech therapist. We were lucky to find her and she helped our daughter in a very short period of time. She loves working with children and our daughter loved going to work with her. Highly recommend !

  Ilene is an amazing speech therapist. My daughter had been receiving speech therapy at her elementary school for many years and her lateral lisp had not been resolved by the time she entered middle school. I decided to seek private therapy with Ilene and she did an amazing job in fixing her speech problem. She is great!

  I have the privilege of working closely with Ilene and witness her strong dedication toward providing her students the utmost quality of care. She's incredibly loving, supportive and patient when it comes to her students. She is always coming up with new, thoughtful and engaging activities to help her students and keep them motivated. She is very creative, knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Any child who gets to work with Ilene is blessed!

  Speech with Miss Ilene has been an exceptional experience. She has been Working with my son for almost three years. He is a completely different child from when he first started with Miss Ilene, his speech has changed dramatically from uttering single words to full conversation and complete sentences. I am so proud of how far he has come and this is largely in part to Ilene Refkin, such a special person in our life. One thing that hasn't changed is from the very beginning how comfortable, happy, And excited my son has been to work with Miss Ilene. She has been a great support to not only my son, but to me as a parent as well. I have been and continue to be so grateful for her services.
