::Nice to walk through but no seating.
Christopher Krueger
::I love this park out of any other in the State. Engraved in a short stone wall is the 1st Amendment of the U.S Constitution. The North East corner has a bronze plaque, with the first 10 of the U.S Constitution: The inviolable Bill of Rights.

::I have some really great memories in this park and there is a group on Sundays that show up between 2 and 3 and they are part of what inspired me to do something different with my life.
John Shemwell
::Nice layout, and the fountain design is really neat. However, in recent years it has become a gathering/sleeping place for lots of KC's homeless, both during the day and at night.
John F Kreidler
::Not a bad place to relax during the day. It is an obviously urban park. There is room for picnics and such, doesn't seem designed to be much more than some green space to walk through outside city government buildings.
