  iLoveKickboxing is helping change my life. I started iLoveKickboxing to loose weight for my wedding! The staff are so fabulous and they push me to my highest potential each class! The heart pumping and fun workouts has me on track to be at my goal weight for the Big day! The support during class is amazing! It’s honestly the highlight of my day. Can’t recommend it enough! See you at kickboxing!!

  Just joined ILKB. I’m so excited!!!! Everyone is AMAZING... they make you feel comfortable and motivate you through the entire workout. The facility itself is SUPER CLEAN and very modern. There’s a place in class for every fitness level and modifications for every move. Janel, Trevor, and Ally make the time fly by and they monitor you through the entire workout. This isn’t just a place to workout, it’s a place to better yourself physically, emotionally, and nutritionally. It’s an environment of positivity and creating the best version of you!!!

  iLoveKickboxing is AMAZING! As someone who likes high energy workouts, I could not have found a better gym. Each workout provides the the ability to challenge yourself and grow. I can feel myself getting stronger after each workout, and just being in class makes me happy. No matter what happens during the day, kickboxing makes everything better. The staff is so dedicated, motivating and welcoming. From my first day I instantly felt like I was a part of the ILKB Lake Grove family. The only thing I regret is that I didn't join earlier!

  Don’t fall for the sales pitch. With a doctors letter saying it’s medically necessary for me to discontinue taking classes this place will still charge me for the next month, which hasn’t even started yet & $195 termination fee. Many questionable policies. You can’t pay for classes on individual basis. Told that you can’t be more than 5 minutes late for class - even if it’s a work schedule or traffic. Just unreasonable policies. I learned the hard way. Don’t do it

  I’m reviewing as someone who never even got to exercise at the Lake Grove location. I’m giving the location two stars because it seems to be high energy, and the staff that I met on my initial visit was great! That said...I was made to wait to start my first class for almost two weeks, due to the fact that we must have an initiation of sorts, a half an hour prior to our first class. This was frustrating. But I waited. The day of my first class arrived. I was so excited! I zoomed to the studio, a little late due to construction on my road-I so wanted to get in that dump truck blocking the road and move it myself so that I could get off my road!!! When I got there, less than ten minutes late, I was politely told, by the receptionist, that company policy is that I have to reschedule. Incredulous, I asked her to repeat herself. Yes, despite my explanation, I would not be allowed to work out or join today. I was furious to say the least. I probably could have walked out of there without another word, but I yelled. I vented my frustration. So excited and then so frustrated. Not the best way to startle a day. I’ll never go back. Beware this policy. Post script: I communicated with the manager, who swiftly arranged a refund for me. I appreciate that. I was surprised and dismayed to find that the events that transpired when I expressed my frustration at the site were miscommunicated, however despite that I will give the Manager appropriate credit for a satisfactory resolution to the problem. I stand by my review, and warn you to be certain to be exactly on time should you sign up for a class. That policy is wrong. The manager stated that she told me that I needed to be there 30 minutes in advance...that said, at no time did she warn of the late penalty. Nor did the text reminder. Bad policy. Just bad policy.
