  From the phenomenal workouts to the amazing staff this place has exceeded my expectations in every way I would’ve never guessed that this place would’ve felt like family but everyone here motivate each other to become fit and healthy and the best version of themselves.

  I have had such an amazing experience at ILKB-Bronx! The staff is wonderful, motivating, so energetic and really care about you seeing your results! It is refreshing to come to a place and feel so welcomed! The workout program is challenging and dynamic, the trainers do a great job keeping it interesting and push you each time! I love this place!

  ILoveKickboxing made a huge impact in my life. Attending the classes gives me so much energy and motivation. The staff are extremely friendly and really push you to achieve all your fitness goals. Definitely better than any other fitness class I attended. I feel myself getting stronger and toned by the day. Worth EVERY penny!! #fitfam

  This place is very addictive. I LOVE KICKBOXING Bronx has the best instructors and members around. Very clean location, friendly and supportive staff and members! You can’t go wrong here! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!

  Today was my 4th class and honestly I am so glad I joined! Each instructor I have had a class with so far have been nothing but encouraging and motivating. The classes are fun and I always feel welcomed! My first class I was in a class with a girl who was in her 145th class and she was beside me telling me I got this and just remember to breathe it was great! I definitely recommend this to everyone! I already see changes with myself! It is my new addiction! You will not regret this!!!
