  Best workout ever! The instructors are awesome and they keep you motivated throughout the whole workout. You feel comfortable even during your first class! I use to see no progress when going to the gym but now after a few classes, I feel stronger and leaner. Go check them out!

  After struggling for years to find a workout that I could commit to I finally found it at ilovekickboxing Medford. The staff here are amazing. Since the second my friend and I walked in they’ve been so friendly and helpful. It’s daunting to be so out of shape and start working out but the staff and fellow clients here are so incredibly supportive. I highly recommend.

  I'm still in pain from my first class, this is pain-day 2. I regret nothing! Although I haven't had many workouts for at least 6 months, I pushed myself very hard (hence the pain). I have some martial arts experience and the instructors picked up on that and worked with me at an appropriate level. I had a ton of fun and am excited to go back as soon as my muscles heal. The instructor Christian, was awesome and wicked friendly. Rhett worked with me to make sure I wasn't getting lost during the class and he helped me modify combinations. Awesome job guys (5 stars for them). On the first day, I was offered a great deal on a membership and told it was now or never. I respect the marketing technique but it did feel like pressure to join before I was completely sure I'd be interested in a commitment. So really think about it ahead of time on what you'd be willing to commit to. This point is the only reason I gave 4 stars, but as I continue going I'll review some more about how it's going. :)

  Great workout! Chris pushes you and the hour flies by. I'm new to kickboxing, and he was helpful in showing me the more challenging steps, and it was great seeing those around me who were awesome - great motivation! I will definitely be back!

  I cannot recommend this place enough! My first day was no joke, it was on a 'flex friday' and I ended up puking (but it was so worth it)!! One of the owners of the franchise was present and literally talked and walked me through everything -- she's the best! The staff members who lead the classes are well educated and clearly know what they are doing. You will learn a ton and you will do things that you probably never thought you would do in order to attack every muscle of your body. (hint, hint -- you will be sore the day after your workouts). Everyone from the the staff members to the group members are helpful and motivational. No one judges you and everyone is more than willing to help you through the workouts. Every class is switched up and a little different than the last, so you will never get bored. It is a jam-packed hour of intense stuff and you will not regret joining this place!! They have great offers to start and even to continue with them that I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for more than just running on a treadmill! You even get free gloves! Go go go! You won't regret it. :)
