  I absolutely love this place! The energy, the sense of family, the workouts, everything about it! Such a great exercise program and truly helps you reach your fitness goals! I highly recommend this to everyone!

  Amazing gym! The team is phenomenal and the music is always on point! No better place to go! This is one of the best decisions I could've made for myself! I've been going for about a month and I'm already seeing results after going about 3x a week!

  ILKB Is a great choice for anyone who is just getting back in shape or wants a change of pace. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and provide a fun workout environment. I highly suggest joining if you want a workout that will challenge you, but made you feel like a bad ***** at the same time!

  I love kickboxing is a great workout and experience. The staff is unbelievable and make you feel welcomed from the first class you attend. It helped me become more confident in myself and have a great time while working out.
