  I never thought they working out could be so much fun. I've always been really self-conscious about working out but they really make you feel like you're part of the team and like a big family here starting with day 1. May was my one-on-one personal instructor for my first day and she just made me feel so good about starting on this journey and really making me feel like I was supported. Everyone here no matter what class that I've gone to really just support each other and motivate each other to reach our goals and I really recommend trying a class I got hooked from trial offer and I signed up for membership immediately because I knew this was different and I knew that I was going to actually be motivated to go to the gym and have positive people around me that help me so I am really grateful for them.

  I never thought I could enjoy working out but this place is fabulous! The workouts are tough but so much fun. The coaches here are the best in providing motivation and support. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

  ILoveKickboxing!! Joined the Gilbert Club a few weeks ago and am more energized than I’ve felt in a long time. I’m a lady at 60+ and ILoveKickboxing makes me feel like in my youth again. The staff are friendly and motivating. They work with you one on one towards improvement. My goal is to firm up, rebuild muscle tone and inner core strength. Each visit proves to me that I CAN DO IT. They work with all ages and all body types. Don’t be afraid.. if I can do it anyone can.

  ILoveKickboxing has changed the way I feel about working out at a gym. The staff is friendly and motivating. The classes are challenging while not being intimidating. It's a fun, exciting way to work out. I've not only lost weight I feel stronger and more confident. I highly recommend going in and trying it out!

  I did it and I'm so happy I did!! It all started when I saw a promo - figured, eh, it's close and looks fun. One class was all it took, I signed up after that first one and haven't looked back ! Now, here I am, 3 weeks in, hitting 3+ classes a week- having fun, getting a killer work out and meeting so many awesome people! Everyone from coaches and the people on the floor-pushing each other to do their best and not give up!
