  I cant say enough wonderful things about i love kickbixing bay shore. This place is the best! I have always disliked and have been intimidated by conventional gyms. I feel welcome here, since day 1 as a beginner The workout is intense! I feel stronger! My posture is so much better! I leave here feeling like a warrior or a super hero ready to face any challenges throughout the day! The instructors are the best!!!!! Taylor, Adam and Jules are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and eager to help you be the best possible you. The instructors motivate and encourage you every step if the way, correct your form as needed to make sure you are getting the most from your workout. I could continue to go on about the love that have for this place and the staff. If you are not already doing this, what are you waiting for?

  I love kickboxing in Bay shore has really great instructors Adam, Taylor, Jules they're all super helpful and they keep me motivated. I've been to a lot of other types of gyms this one is by far my favorite!!!!!! I'm never bored of the workouts which can be intense, but worth it because you see results. Not only is the staff friendly, but the members are also great to be around. They always have fun monthly challenges which help keep you motivated and DJ nights are always fun. I would recommend to everyone it's a great place to workout and have fun while doing it.

  Best workout you will ever have!!! It’s not easy but it is worth it. All of the instructors are very helpful and friendly. Definitely check it out!

  ILK bay shore— I highly recommend to my friends and coroners! Energy is great & fun. The trainers make it enjoyable But also kick ass workouts ! Never disappointed when i finish the class.
