::The worst place I have ever seen. called them two days in a row all I ever got was we are experiencing high call volumes.So after 3 hours on hold I hung up I think they need to hire some people instead of having a recording going all fad.

::Called at 8:30 am on the dot and waited an hour and half on hold for an estimated wait time of an hour.... Still no answer and no help in the process regarding what they are requesting FROM me. No return phone call, no wait service. Very horrible experience.

::Not sure why I'm bothering to write this since it's a government agency and I'm sure no one gives a hoot, but here goes. I tried to call their customer service line and was told by the recording that there would be a 57 minute wait to talk to an agent. I waited on hold for 2 hours and got cut off around 4pm. I tried to call the next morning and the recording told me it'd be a 10 minute wait. I had to hang up after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting because I had an appointment I had to leave for. Is this some sort of cruel joke?
