If you love: -Apartments with electricity that goes out at unexpected but regular intervals -Office staff tells you "these things just happen" when your electricity goes out at unexpected but regular intervals -Elevators that also do not work (and you get stuck in) at unexpected but regular intervals -Dog excrement in the garage and hallways -Walking out of your apartment to find people sleeping in the halls then Il Palazzo is your place! My roommate and I were drawn to this complex due to it's location but after living here and experiencing all of the above, the location just isn't worth it. Side note: I think it's worth noting that the "5-star reviews" on Google are mostly left by people who work in the office themselves which speaks for itself. Renter beware

Wonderful, clean, safe and great neighbors. Also, very pleasant and helpful staff.

Small, expensive and not guaranteed a balcony but nice location, pet policy, and convenient gym.

I've been here for 3 months since moving and I can't really compare it to any other place. The included amenities and furnishings are a plus. Garaged parking is a little more in the rent, but I feel safer knowing my car is secured, especially since this place is near a highway on-ramp and airport; there's just so much traffic. Restaurants are a walk out the door, but shopping requires a Uber or drive somewhere. Overall, great for being close to downtown, but not too congested.

Does anybody even work here? It's essentially impossible to lease. No one answers the phone. Phone messages are not returned. Emails are not returned. As a last resort, you can't even walk as the community is locked off and you're referred to a number which, surprise, is not answered and you're encouraged to leave a message. It's a cyclical cycle of stupidity.
