  Found this place on my way to work. Stopped by this.morning at 7:10 am. Door locked very disappointed. When I got back in my car the black SUV a young black girl gets out and opens the door. She sat there and watched me trying to get in and waited till I got back in my car before she opened the door. Obviously this place employees people who could care less about customer service or just general business. Lost my business before you ever got it.

  Their store is really neat and clean..The employees are hospitable and welcoming and the services are really good...Most of the time they have some special offers which are great...Thanks to Ike's Cleaners!!! Overall: I like the store!!

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The lady in the morning always has an attitude, which I have always let go, but today my clothes weren't ready on time, and she proceeded to blame that on me. Last Monday I dropped my dry cleaning off in the morning before 9 am and they stated it would be ready that same day. When Wednesday rolled around I went to pick up my dry cleaning and she told me it wasn't ready and that if i really needed it by Wednesday I should have told them it was urgent... oh and she called me an "idiot" when I told her she shouldn't blame the customer when her signs say "same-day pick up" if you drop off the clothes before 9 am, which I did..... I can't believe this establishment still is in business, will never go here again
