  We all know IKEA is awesome, but this one is especially awesome because of the loading staff. A gentleman helped my wife and I load our car and secure it in a way that made us feel perfectly safe driving down the expressway with our new furniture. I tried to tip him and he refused, which truly showed us that he wanted the best for us as both customers and human beings.

  IKEA College Park = good design and good food at -very- reasonable prices. And the staff is friendly and helpful. The frozen food section unfortunately comes AFTER you’ve stood in line to buy your furniture, so having to stand in line twice can be a bummer and thus a deal-breaker. Also, do yourself a favor and stay away on any day where the nearby University of Maryland has any event involving parents, as this store will quickly fill to the max.

  Extremely busy on weekends. Checkout line moves quickly. Place is set up like a maze to give customers full product exposure. Supervised kid drop off area in entrance for potty trained 37"-54" height. 1 hour limit for public; maybe more for IKEA club members. Great cafeteria. Unsupervised play area in back of cafeteria. Overall, fun place to visit. Docked 1 star for their return dept - they have couches and numbers so that you can wait comfortably, but I much prefer as little wait time as possible to a lounge experience.

  I have been going to this place since I was really little. It has easy to assemble furniture and great food. I love the serve yourself candy isle. Everything you need for your home is right there. If you are thinking about pursuing interior design and you don't know where to find stuff just shop here. AMAZING😃

  If nothing else it is a fun experience just to wind your way through the store! But that being said it is always easy to walk in and walk out with more than you originally went to get! Prices are not unreasonable and there are some really nice designs. There truly is something for just about anyone. And if you have the time stop by the cafeteria to have a bite. But be forewarned the meatballs are slightly addictive!
