  I am no longer surprised why people line up to eat at IHOP. Compared to Denny's, the food is less greasy, the proportions are better (less but filling), and how they cook it is much better. The atmosphere is friendly and the service was excellent. Yes! I wanted Cholula sauce. The waitress offered before needing to ask for it.

  I was thinking why am I eating here, I can get this back home. This IHOP has ruined it for every IHOP back home. When you walk in you are greeted right away and seated. The menu has your standard items along with some items that are indicative to the culture. Our food was nice and hot and was delicious from the 1st bite to the last, I have never known IHOP to taste that good. I had the omelet with pot roast, bacon, and various cheeses along with pancakes. If I lived close by I would be there everyday. If you are in the Burbank area go check them out, you won't be disappointed. This will forever be my favorite IHOP.

  The hostess, it's an elderly woman that hides her name tag under her sweatshirt I imagine so that people don't know who she is. But she is very rude she does not care about the well-being of the customers we ask for a different table and she wouldn't give it to us then we notice other people getting their food before us and they arrive 10 minutes after us. They also don't have a kids menu and when I ask for one they didn't offer me any options for my children, so they were obligated to get a adult's plate which obviously they didn't finish and a lot of food was spoiled because of this next time I will be going to a whole different restaurant avoid this restaurant if you want to have a peaceful breakfast

  Went on a Sunday morning. Long wait to get a table even tho lots of tables empty. Then 30 min wait for food after we ordered. Food was tasty

  We have eaten at IHOPs many times. This location is our favorite! Great food and excellent customer service, Mr Gomez was very friendly, professional and very hardworking. He made sure that everything was okay and that we were all comfortable. I could hear him walking around to the different tables asking if everything was good and what else he could do to make things better. Plus the restaurant was very clean. Great job Mr Gomez!
