  Stay away! IHOP is simply screwing the brand and name with this specific IHOP Express. The staff, especially the manager who takes the order lacks basic customer service and the way to answer questions about the food. Coming to food, it's all pre-prep'd and packed food, unlike IHOPs fresh made. This outlet is basically a vending machine with a machine like person taking orders for stale food ;) Stay Away!

  This is essentially a drive-thru version of IHOP. The food is good, the service is mediocre. The menu is reduced to a few of the most popular options. Paper plates and plastic forks make it a little harder to eat. Fine overall if you just need an IHOP fix.
