I should start by saying I went in with low expectations most of the time these type of chain breakfast places are mediocre at best. Well I was pleasantly surprised. My server Frankie was amazing. Fast and attentive. And it would be wrong to not give the kitchen a shout out.... I'm a pretty specific person and my eggs were a perfect scramble dry as requested and my hash brown perfectly extra crispy. Everything was hot and very good.

Place is dirty. Place wasn't busy at all. burnt/overcooked food. This restaurant needs less talking and more working. Waitress was alright, not the best. Had to ask for utensils. Worst ihop I've been to.

Arrived pretty late with children and service was spectacular. Fast, fun, and delicious. They caught any mistakes before we did, and promptly corrected errors...we ended up with extra food in the end so no big deal. Kids and adults felt a warm welcome and weren't rushed out after meal concluded. Had never considered IHOP before, only went since it was the only place still open this late, will now be our go-to for late night cravings or meals after events.

This place is pitiful and pathetic. The Hispanic staff is miserably ill equipped to not only handle the public but even to communicate with them. They said the order would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. I got here and they just began my order. So pathetic!

Went here with my family on Saturday early evening. The waitress brought out everyone’s food except my son’s. When she finally did bring it out, he ordered the Mac and cheese. It was cold and hard. I asked to speak to the manager and he response was “you’re not paying for his food anyways, so why does it matter”. I will not be returning. I paid over $65 for our meal and then had to go buy my son something separate because he couldn’t eat his!
