  So large and open. Very nice staff. Excellent food. Clean. I am so delighted for IHOP in my neighborhood where I have lived since about 1993.

  Bet IHOP I’ve ever been to! Lot better than the one off of Mississippi. Service is great, food is hot, and the managers are always walking around checking on everyone. We really liked our server Jonathan and the manager Max!

  This new IHOP is great! The location is awesome. Parking was easy on a Friday morning but I'm curious how it will be when it gets busier on the weekend. Service and food were both great. They have a coffee bar in the waiting area which was not up and running yet but it seems like a great concept since waits can be long on the weekend. We will definitely go back often!

  This place is IHOP all grown up and sophisticated. Huge and spacious. Artful and tasteful. A really welcoming staff and ambiance you have got to experience. You will be glad you did.
