::This ihop sucks. The floor is dirty with tissue paper and water. Waiter's clothes also have dirt on them. The steam broccoli has mold spot on the root I have to trim away. Will never come to this place again.

::Normally I don't dine I'm and order take out from here. We went a night to do dinner before a movie. The parking lot was pretty much empty and only a few people were inside. We thought it would be a pretty easy in and out. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Despite there being a low amount of people there the food took a long time to come out. My friend also ad to order something since they didn't have it, which normally wouldn't be a problem if they didn't take 10 minutes to tell her they were out. In regards to food, I tried to mixit up and get French toast instead of pancakes like I normally did. I'll stick with the pancakes from now on. Couldnt taste cinnamon, no butter. It was an overall lack luster dinning experience

::Only 2 other tables were occupied when we walked in, yet we waited for our food long after 3 or 4 other tables who arrived after us. My son ordered a bacon cheeseburger without lettuce, tomato or onions, and because another IHOP location got this order wrong in the past, we reiterated the specifics several times. But after the 45-minute wait, the burger came with no bacon. I ordered scrambled eggs, which were more like an overcooked, empty omelet folded over itself (see photo). My daughter got chocolate pancakes with uncooked batter in the middle (see photo). My wife's BLT had a scant amount of bacon, so it was basically a lettuce and tomato sandwich that she had to wait 45 minutes for. Every order was either wrong or poorly made, and it came after an excessive wait, with no checking in from the server. It was a team failure, and we won't be back. We're typically excellent tippers, but on this rare occasion I wrote "not today" on the tip line.

::I've never had any issues with the food, it's always been tasty and warm and delivered fast. Sometimes it's busy and sometimes it's not but I've never had to wait. There are times when the tables around us or the floor are a little dirtier than they should be given the staff seems to be chatting.

::Our visit today was phenomenal. The IHOP was full but we were seated quickly. We received the best service by Alex who was attentive and very friendly. Leroy also came by our table many times to see if we needed anything else. The food came very fast and all orders were made right! I highly recommend coming to this IHOP.
