  Ok, I was so very nervous about getting a wig because I usually get sew ins. I always get my sew ins from Jael and they are always spot on, but I was very nervous about joining the wig wearers club. I am so glad I tried it. Now I see what the fuss is all about. My wig had the right coloring and length. I opted to not have it sewn down because I am super tender headed, but that worked for me so that I don't mess it up at night. I have been going to Jael for a while now and I cannot find any other stylist in Miami to come even remotely close to the quality and precision of her work. She is the absolute best and my new wig is proof of that 😍😍😍😍

  BEWARE. She's just expensive and trifling. After paying $650, and her postponing making my wig, she left my wig with the downstairs concierge of her condominium and the wig was too big for my head. She does bad business.

  BEWARE. If I could I would give a 0 star rating. The service is a joke, I paid $650 for a custom wig and when it arrived it looked absolutely NOTHING like what I had ordered, the colour was wrong, the hair had seemingly not been cut, I ordered a silk closure but received a (terrible quality) lace closure and the hair felt very dry and dead. I tried to get a refund through PayPal however due to it being a 'custom' product they would not help me and Jael refuses to issue a refund even though this was her fault. All I was offered was to send the wig back so she could "fix" it however having paid on June 29th I STILL have nothing to show for my money. Emails are not responded to and Instagram comments are deleted. I cannot believe I paid $650 USD for such a low quality item and such awful service, I have never felt so ripped off in my life. Edit: Oh the wig also was way too small for my head since I was never asked for my measurements

  This is my go to place to get my hair extensions done. It's like 45 minutes from my house but so necessary. Jael the owner is always so accommodating and helpful to give you the best options available to you. The salon itself is very modern and well kept. I've had Keratin treatments, Sew-ins and Liquid Caps done here and they all have been top-notch and lasted very well. The work produced here is definitely of quality.
