  Although this place has a good collection of tiles, the management is AWFUL, RUDE, and THIEVES! My fiancé and the contractor ( both are architects with master degrees) spent good amount of time explaining to FRANCO( the most unprofessional and the most rude person I have yet to meet) how the tiles of our bathroom need to be cut and aligned , they even draw it to him on paper with the exact measurements so he could understood what to do. It was plain and simple, a six grade student could’ve done a better job ! When we received the shipments we were shocked! Improper cuts, misaligned borders! Those tiles wouldn’t match the plan! When we all went back to try to explain to big Franco what was done and to request a fix or to get new proper ones, he showed us his real personality... angry, rude and even trying to insult both architects. bottom line: Poor quality, disastrous customer service.! Don’t get fool by the location.. Shame on you ideal tile .. very Low class .!

  I needed some some tiles for a shower wall repair and John from Ideal Tile was very helpful on locating the tiles to match our existing tiles. I couldn't believe the time he spend with me for such a small project. John you were great and I thank you for your time.

  Got good advice from John at the store. One of my orders was delayed, but they were able to find it and deliver it. Convenient location in the city. Definitely - a customer. Worked with John Dalgakiran.

  Excellent
