  Great customer service. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Went there for laser hair removal. They will not rip you off and are very trustworthy. Would definitely return in the future.

  Very friendly staff, they are warm and welcoming. The office and treatment rooms were very clean and presentable. Always look forward to my appointments.

  Ideal Image in the Heights has excellent customer care and caters to my every need. All of the staff ranging from the front desk to the nurses and financial services are warm and friendly creating a very comfortable and professional environment. I highly recommend this location for all of the services offered. Tiffany in finance is absolutely amazing. My 2 favorite nurses Amy and Dianna just because they are so time efficient in what they do, I am in and out in no time. When I leave there I feel like i had girls night out.. You will not be disappointed.

  Great experience. Went in for a consultation and ended up getting my service the same day! Tiffany and Amy made me feel very comfortable. I'm definitely recommending to my friends!!!
