  I recently had the BBL laser procedure on my face. I have to say, it was amazing! My skin felt so soft afterward and no one knew I had the procedure done! Everyone at Ideal Image is so upbeat, friendly and do their best to help you with your insecurities. They know how you are feeling and they will do everything in their power to make you feel GREAT about yourself! From meeting Kimberly, to chatting with the nurse, Charlene and then talking with Nicole on the phone to set up my appointment...EVERYTHING has been wonderful. Thank you ladies, for taking such great care of me and my skin. You gals ROCK!

  Angela was excellent and professional at my first BBL treatment. I will be back for more. If you are looking for a nice place and professional staff then you need to go see Angela at Ideal Image Omaha.

  I waited in the lobby for about an hour while my friend was receiving her treatment. The whole time the receptionist and what turned out to be the manager were cursing and loudly talking about sex. How inappropriate and unprofessional! Even my teenage brothers aren't that vulgar. The manager is much better suited to be working at a truck stop. Save your money for a more professional environment.

  Very inviting staff. Clean and organized. Very knowledgeable and Sherri was informative answering all my questions including the ones I didn't think to ask. Super friendly environment .

  Extremely friendly staff! Seems to be under phenomenal management! Definitely felt welcome and appreciated on my first visit! And they follow up after you first appointment! Left feeling great!
