  poor greeting and explanation by salesperson. She turned this customer off and away and needed to listen better and not play the attitude card. Not a very pleasant experience and I did have a real need as I have a heel spur. Sales girl was more interested in explaining the whole process before she could answer our questions. Got the impression it was more of a sales game not a helpful store like you advertised. Interestingly she said "custom made" several times yet you have them in-stock and pre-made to take home so it is a case of sizing correctly the inserts, like shoes, as you actually don't make them custom per order.
