  No hassles parking here. This has a valet service. We can book the parking online and hand over the keys to them. Taking the car out was pretty quick too. Booked through park whiz. I have parked here two times. This is pretty close to Grand Central. Not too expensive for a day either.

  Today I left the hotel on 144 e 40st. With my 5 month old baby and the stamp ticket so I get get my hotel parking discount., when the manager saw the sticker he told me that he never saw the stamp before so I told him to call the hotel and verify or to call his manager and he didn't I told him to please open the car so I can put my baby in a heated place because it was 40 degrees and the baby was crying because it was cold and they didn't let me . So I go back to the hotel so they can put the stamp again in the other side and they called the garage for me . Then I walked 3 blocks again to get to the garage i show them the ticket again and then they finally called the real manager and told them that the ticket was fine . Please use professional employees to work there I'll post this pots everywhere that I can leave a negative review because they never offer me an apology. I have pictures as well and receipt.
