  DON'T PAY MONTHLY PARKING AT THIS GARAGE! SHADY MANAGER AND STAFF. WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE, LIE ABOUT IT, AND NOT INFORM YOU OF ANY PROBLEMS. These guys are SHADY AF! I've parked my Toyota Highlander here for about 10 months and at first, everything was great. The rates are good and the staff seemed friendly (I would even tip each time I picked up my car). But about 5 months into it, things went DOWNHILL FAST! There have been multiple issues (including damage done to my vehicle) which Icon had to repair. Immediately after the repairs were done, my monthly parking rate went up. Most recently, I returned my car without any issues. 1 week later I call to pick it up, and the guy tells me the car hasn't started for a week but they NEVER called me to let me know!!! This unbelievable. I'm changing garages ASAP and filing multiple complaints with Icon and BBB.

  @ 105 street NY NY 10029@ lexington Ave. Onthe east side usually prking abailable. 4 floors garage indoor parking by the hour and monthly too about $400 .

  Bad place, no security, had break in, left! Don't park.

  The staff are friendly but the rates are extremely high.
