  Absolutely disgusting. The exit was blocked by parked cars, we could not retrieve our car for half an hour. In fact, we're still waiting.

  Horrible! Overcharged us and after we prepaid online double their normal cost they informed us that their computer system was down and that to receive or our car keys we had to pay an additional 20 dollars cash! Making or grand total 65 dollars when normally its 25.they did it to roughly 20 people including is us it took 1 30 hours to get our car when it was right in front. My kids and I were actually sitting in the car waiting for the attendant until my husband settled the matter.
